Someone who owns it to the finish line

End-to-end technology project management — discovery, development, testing, rollout.
A system nobody in the organization uses is a failed project, even if everything works. Technology project management is what prevents that: most projects don't stall because of technology but because they have no owner — several vendors, several departments, and nobody holding the full picture and the timeline. This service is that person: one point of contact who plans, coordinates, tests, trains and reports to leadership in management terms. We can also step into a project already running with another vendor, and in most cases we manage the existing vendor rather than replace them.
The problem

Technology project management: without an owner, there's no finish line

We bought a system a year ago and it's still not fully in use.
There are three vendors, and each one points at the others when something doesn't work.
The project is moving, but nobody can say when it will be finished.
Staff got a new system with no training, and two weeks later they were back in Excel.
How it looks in practice
An organization that had bought a new management system was still working the old way nine months after the purchase. We came in as project managers alongside the existing vendor and mapped what was blocking adoption: two critical processes had never been defined, and nobody had trained the team. We closed both processes with the vendor, built a role-based training plan and supported the first month. The vendor stayed the same — what changed was that one person was accountable for the result. For the first three months there was a weekly twenty-minute status meeting, and leadership received a regular report with just three numbers: what was done, what was blocked and what was expected over the next two weeks. After go-live we measured how much of the team was actually working in the system, and that decided when the project was closed.
What the service includes

One point of contact, from planning to training

Dedicated project manager
One point of contact for everything to do with the project, who knows your organization and doesn't change halfway through.
Planning and timelines
Milestones, owners and dates, including the dependencies that usually surface too late.
Team and vendor coordination
Managing the interface between internal teams and external vendors, so no task falls between them.
Budget and change control
Budget tracking and orderly management of the changes that always come up midway, with a conscious decision on each one.
QA testing
Before every release, against real scenarios and not just the spec — including what happens when something fails.
Training & support
Training the teams who will actually work with the system, and support in the first weeks until using it becomes routine.
How it works

From the first meeting to go-live

01
A snapshot: where the project stands, who's involved and what has blocked it so far.
02
A work plan with milestones, owners and dates agreed by all sides.
03
Day-to-day management — short status meetings and regular reporting to leadership in management terms.
04
Testing and go-live preparation, including a role-based training plan.
05
Support after launch and measuring actual usage, because that's the only metric that decides whether the project succeeded.
Who it's for

If you recognize yourself here, this is a conversation worth having

Organizations without an in-house technology project manager, where the project is run on top of the other duties of someone who's already stretched.
Stalled projects that need someone to take them over the finish line.
Organizations managing several vendors in parallel, with nobody holding the full picture.
FAQ

What we usually get asked

Can you join a project that's already underway with another vendor?
Yes, it's a big part of our work.
Do you replace the existing vendor?
Not necessarily. In most cases we manage it, and that's enough.
How much time a week does it take from us?
Less than the project demands without management. We'll define it up front.
What happens after the project ends?
In the first months we measure actual usage, not just whether the system is up. If a department isn't working with it, something in the process or the training hasn't been closed off — and that's part of our responsibility.
