Your numbers, on one screen

Real-time dashboards, reports that send themselves, and alerts when something goes off track.
In most organizations, answering the question of how the month looks means asking three people for data and assembling a spreadsheet — and by the time it's ready, it's already out of date. A management dashboard connects all your data sources into one picture: a screen every manager opens to see exactly what's relevant to their role, without asking anyone. On top of it sit reports that send themselves and alerts that tell you when a number goes out of range. The most important work here is actually not technical: agreeing once on what each number means. Once the definitions are consistent, the same metric serves the dashboard, the weekly report and the targets — and leadership stops opening meetings with an argument about the data.
The problem

Management dashboards: the data exists, the picture doesn't

The data exists, but it's scattered across systems that don't talk to each other.
Every report is a manual project, so it gets produced once a month instead of once a day.
Each department shows a different number for the same question, and the meeting is wasted arguing over who is right.
When something goes off track, you only find out in the monthly summary.
How it looks in practice
The CEO of a distribution company asked for a weekly report on sales against target. The report was put together by hand from three sources and took the finance manager half a day. We built a dashboard that pulls the same data automatically and refreshes every morning, and added an alert that goes out when a branch drops below eighty percent of its weekly target. The finance manager got her half day back, and instead of discussing last week's data, leadership starts the meeting with yesterday's numbers. The stage that took longest wasn't building the dashboard but agreeing on what counts as a sale: the departments counted differently, and until that was settled every number was open to debate. Once it was decided, the same definition served both the reports and the targets.
What the service includes

A screen for every role, one definition for the whole organization

A dashboard for every role
The CEO, sales, operations and finance each see different screens with the metrics that matter to them, not one screen trying to please everyone.
Unified sources
Your core system, payments, accounting, campaigns and external systems flow into one place, including spreadsheets if needed.
Consistent metric definitions
What counts as an active customer, what counts as a closed deal and when a sale is recorded — once, for the whole organization.
Automated reports
Sent by email or chat at the frequency you set, to whoever needs them, without anyone producing them by hand.
Anomaly alerts
When a number moves outside its defined range, someone knows about it right away — not in the monthly summary.
Trend analysis
Not just what happened but where it's heading, including comparisons between periods, branches and team members.
How it works

From the first meeting to go-live

01
Defining the management questions you want answered — we start from the questions, not the data.
02
Mapping the sources where the data sits and identifying the gaps between them.
03
Agreeing on metric definitions — the stage where it turns out everyone was counting differently, and the most important of all.
04
Building the dashboards, reports and alerts.
05
Tuning after a month of use, because what people actually look at is always different from what they asked for at the start.
Who it's for

If you recognize yourself here, this is a conversation worth having

Leadership teams making decisions on gut feeling because the numbers arrive too late, and by the time the report is ready it describes a reality that has already changed.
Organizations with several systems, none of which gives the full picture.
Chains and multi-branch organizations that need to compare units in the same language.
FAQ

What we usually get asked

Do we need a core system first?
Not necessarily. A dashboard can be built on top of what you have, including spreadsheets.
Will everyone see all the data?
No. Permissions are set by role, including hiding payroll and profitability data.
Is the data updated in real time?
It depends on the source. Some yes, and some at a frequency we define — we'll tell you up front what's possible.
What if we don't have one system that holds the data?
That's the normal situation. We pull from several sources in parallel, including spreadsheets and external systems, and unify them into one layer. The only gap to close up front is the metric definitions.
