By signing up for a GlobalAI account or using GlobalAI's platforms, you agree to receive communications from GlobalAI Inc. related to your account, including but not limited to: two-factor authentication codes, security alerts, account notifications, and customer support communications. This applies to communications sent via SMS/text message, voice call, WhatsApp, email, or other messaging channels supported by the platform.

How You Opt-In

Users opt-in to receive these communications by:

  • Creating an account on the GlobalAI platforms (globalai.co.il) and accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during registration, which discloses that account-related notifications will be sent.
  • Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) or alert notifications within their account settings.
  • Providing a phone number, email address, or messaging channel identifier for the purpose of receiving account or service communications.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
